Every time I open Word it comes up with Microsoft VisualBasic. The macros in thie project are disabled etc. How do I get rid of this sothat it doesnot keep appearing when Iopen Word. Also when I open Word the the Task Pane also appears how do I get rid of this permanently These two issues are unconnected. The error message suggests that you are probably loading an add-in which you have not set Word to trust. From tools > macro > security - set the security level to medium and set the check box to trust all installed templates and add-ins.
