how to remove the PDFmaker tool bar from Word toolbar? It shows up on the timeslips documents created by another staff person who has the pdf toolbar on their Word toolbar and when I open those files, the pdf toolbar appears to interfere with my ability to use the footer pull down menu to insert the file path and name.
