WHERE ARE LETTER SAMPLES OR TEMPLATES IN MICROSOFT WORD? PLEASE don't type in all caps. Which version of Word are you using? If you installed them, you should be able to find them by using File > New... There is also, in the Letters & Faxes tab the Letter Wizard. Look under File > New and see if there is a tab for Letters & Faxes. Otherwise, you need to modify your installation in Windows (with Word closed) under Start Settings > Control Panel. Add or Remove programs and modify your Word or Office installation.
