PLEASE don't type in all caps.
Which version of Word are you using?
If you installed them, you should be able to find them by using
File > New...
There is also, in the Letters & Faxes tab the Letter Wizard.

As far as I know, you have to work to _not_ install them. Look under File >
New and see if there is a tab for Letters & Faxes.
Otherwise, you need to modify your installation in Windows (with Word
closed) under Start Settings > Control Panel. Add or Remove programs and
modify your Word or Office installation.
