Word 2002 sp3 on winXP.
The first time that I run word after rebooting the
computer I can create a new document by clicking on
general templates in the task pane.
All other subsequest attempts to create a new document by
clicking on general templates in the task pane produces
no results. Word does not open the general templates
window.
If I reboot the computer, it works once again the first
time only. Then the problem repeats.
All other links in the task pane seem to work fine.
Please advise.
