How can I add and delete Auto Text in my Headers &
Footers.  I know that I can go to Insert but there are
existing auto formats in the Header/Footer toolbar but it
is not the same text as in Insert Auto Text.  Please help.

If you create an Autotext entry when you cursor is in a
Header style the entries will appear in the Header and
Footer AutoText entry dropdown list.

Open the header and footer view.  Type your autotext
entry, select it and press ALT+F3.  Name the entery and
press OK.  This enter will appear in the list.
