Save As button doesn't work in Word 2002

I have a user who tries to do a Save As... on any
document in Word and it gives her an error message.  
Something about the macro settings needing to be
changed.  (they are set at medium)  I did a repair on
Office XP and that didn't work.  In addition, I went to
templates and add-in's under the tools menu to see if
there was anything there that could be added and there
wasn't.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this is the problem in this case. However... often, Save As
problems are the result of macro viruses. So, that's the first thing I'd
check (update your a/v definitions and do a scan).

Otherwise, it might be a menu/command problem. In that case, I'd look here
for generic troubleshooting steps which affect not just opening Word, but
working with it once it is open:
