I copied my normal.dot file from my Word 2000
computer to another computer where I'm using
Word Xp.  A toolbar that I use a lot (named: Our stuff)
does not appear in the list of toolbars in Xp.
(I'm referring to the list of toolbars that
appears when you right click on the toolbar at
the top of the screen, and then select, customize).

Any suggestion about how to solve this puzzle?

thanks,

The toolbar was probably in a template that was located in the Word Startup
Folder.
