I am using word to edit a daily digest I get.  I have
been picking certain posts, coping them using the "right
mouse button, taking them into a word document file and
pasting them there.  I go back and format the subject
lines by picking a border and choosing a color based on
wether it's a first post or a reply.  Can I get these
format changes on my right mouse button, so that when I
use the "paste" on the right mouse button I can just
hilight the subject line and then  use these format
sequences that I repeat over and over using the right
mouse button rather than going up to the top menu,
using "format" drop down menu, then going into shades and
borders and then picking the border , color, clicking ok
everytime?
Your input would be appreciated. TIA
