MS Office Forum / Word / Menus and Toolbars / June 2004Header and Footer Toolbar
I want to use a watermark. Instructions say to go to the Header and Footer Toolber by way of View. All you get when you do that is a header and a footer. I cannot locate the toolbar. Help please!
