Our company uses several standard colors. Is there anyway
to add them to the font color bar without having to input
the RGB #s each time?

Thanks!

No, but there are a couple of tricks you could use.

1. Record a macro that sets the selection to the standard color. Assign that
macro to a toolbar button.

2. Define character styles that have the colors already set.
