Can you be a bit more specific about what you want to do /
what information you require?

Cindy,
When i go under print preview for Word 2000 i notice in
the upper left corner above document some buttons that i'm
not sure how to use.  Magnifier, one page, multiple pages,
shrink to fit buttons.  Just playing around with them i
figured out some but what does the multi page button do?
And how exactly does the magnifier work.  Can you make
changes in the print preview screen or do i have to go
back to original document to make changes?

To see how the multipage button works, you need to have multiple pages. When
you select two or more pages, this number are displayed at once. The
magnifier does just what the name implies, when it is enabled, click on the
document and zoom in or out. While you can edit in Print Preview (if you
have the Magnifier disabled), it's not recommended. You could find the
answers to some of these questions if you typed "Print Preview" into the
"Type a question for help" box. Also, if Word 2000 still has the
context-sensitive Help button, you could click on it and then on a toolbar
button to get more information.
