Shoot me - please. Every help item I've read on the
topic of "Accepting All Changes" goes like this...
"Note If you know that you want to accept all the
changes, click the arrow next to Accept Change, and then
click Accept All Changes in Document. ...." (referring to
the Reviewer toolbar)
This would be great if it worked, but when I click
the "SHOW" button on the Markup Toolbar NOTHING HAPPENS.
Likewise, when I click the drop-down arrow on the "Accept
Changes" button NOTHING HAPPENS.
I've been through every help panel and option setting
panel I can think of but can't find what's going on. I
have over one hundred tracked items and it will take all
day to accept them one at a time. There must be some
over-riding setting preventing this option from being
activated.
Any help appreciated...

Have you tried resetting the Reviewing Toolbar (in Tools | Customize |
Toolbars)?

You are a goddess! Thank you for your otherwise
unrewarding work! You've made my day AND restored my
faith in humanity!!! Are you married? (Ooops - sorry -
getting carried away....)
