This deals with Mac Word X.  My formatting palette has not really
disappeared, though i thought it had for awhile, but whenever I minimize or
maximize the toolbar i see it "scale" (a mac minimization effect) to the right
of the screen, and its final resting place is off the screen.  I cannot access it
at all.  I've tried restarting my computer, restarting Word, but nothing helps.
I need the toolbar back to be effective.  For the time being i am using the
formatting toolbars, but the palette is much nicer.
