we have tried everything.  one of our staff members lost
all his word toolbars.  we have tried reloading word and
they are still m.i.a.  we went under preferences and made
sure all the tool bars were checked, and still nothing.
the only other option we can think of is to totally wipe
out his hard drive and re-install all programs.  isn't
there another way to bring his tool bars back?  please
help.  and thanks.
