Many of our secretaries have added the Work Menu to their
toolbars, allowing them to access specific documents that
they work on frequently.  However, several of them want
to removed something from the list now and I am unable to
tell them how to go about that.  Can you help?

Lorrie,

CTRL+ALT+keyboard hyphen.  Cursor converts to a thick
black hyphen sympbol.  I call it "The terminator."  With
this cursor, open the work menu and click on the file to
delete.  Hit ESC to terminate the terminator.
