Please help (I'm a computer idiot).  I have downloaded
Junicode (a medieval font package) and it shows up in my
"unzipped" folder.  I don't know how to get it into Word's
font selection and there are no instructions with it and I
can't find instructions for importing fonts in Word.
Thanks in advance for any help!

You have to install it in the Windows Fonts folder. You can either copy it
to there or open Control Panel | Fonts, select Install New Font on the File
menu, and browse to the folder where you have it saved.
