I had to do some maintenance on a user's profile, so I
backed up the template where she has numerous macros and
autotext entries configured.  When I restored the profile
and copied what I thought was the original template back,
the most recent (she made some changes yesterday) macros
and autotext entries were gone.  

Any ideas on where they went and how how I can backup the
normal template to prevent this from happening again?
