I cannot open a window to check the tools menu.
Went to root drive to documents & Settings\administrator\application
data\microsoft \word\STARTUP and it was empty. There was two more folders
like it and they were empty. Why are there so many folders for users. I have
6 called different names and 7 Hidden. The hidden ones are called;
LocalService, LocalService.NTAUTHORITY, LocalService.NTAUTHORITY.000,
NetworkService, NetworkService.NTAUTHORITY, NetworkService.NTAUTHORITY.000.
The ordinary folders are called Administrsator, Administrsator.BRL-Home, My
First Name, Both First & Last Names, All Users, All Users.WINDOWS. Any ideas
why there are so many hidden folders with different names.
Thanks for reading long-winded report.

G'day "Bruce Lawrence" <blawrence@shaw.ca>,
Its the way your machine has been installed. I think its been
compounded by poor profile admin.
Also check program files/microsoft office/word/startup as well.
