I am a happy user of Word 2000 in spite of small
irritants.  A few days back however a funny thing has
started happening.  Whenever I select some text and
press 'delete' to delete it, it asks 'Delete block N/Y'.
If I do not press Y, it just forgets about it.

I think I might have done something in customizations or
settings, but I have not been able to find out.  This has
happened only in my computer and no other networked
computer.  And it was not happening in my computer either
until recently.

I have asked several people, and also searched on-line
help but couldn't find anything. Can someone help?

Good wishes.
