I accidentally selected "File | Send To | Mail Recipient"
without using "(as attachment)", and even though I
canceled that action, the Email address toolbar is now a
part of the document.  How do I get rid of it?

TIA

Never mind, it was only a small nuisance.  I just selected
all and copied into a new document, and the new document
didn't show the address lines.  I was hesitant to try
this, because I didn't think the various section breaks
and header/footer information would copy, but they did.

All you have to do is click the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar to
turn the header off.
