I just installed windows pro 2003 under XP. I did
complete installation. No matter what I do, handwriting
recognition feature ( writing pad etc) does not appear in
my language toolbar. I checked it under control panel
9languages--text services--it says there that it is
installed!. But i do not see it anywhere in my word
toolbars.

Please comment.

It is more likely to be under import, scanning that sort of thing. I
mean, you can't write into Word, you have to scan it in. Maybe its a
function of pictures...
