Word Templates stuck in SPANISH?!?

My saved short cut to microsoft office document templates
is suddenly going to a spanish version of that same page
and no matter where I try to navigate, I cannot find the
english speaking version of the templates today!! What
gives?!?

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files. Click Delete Cookies.

Close IE then reopen the templates page
