Translate menu appears after SP3 office 2000 installation

Hi,

Please, do you know why Translate menu appears in MS-Word 2000 after SP3 of
office2000 installation ?
So after installation, we have the following on the menu:
File Edit View Insert Format Tools Translate Table Windows Help

Under Translate menu, we have:
Direction
Document
Selection
Sentence
Settings

When I click on any of them, I have the error:
Translation server not found
