G'day "Rich Crawford" <drofwarc@iwon.com>,
Have some autotext stored in your document template, normal, or a
global template. See the FAQs at word.mvps.org for more information.

The autotext button on the header toolbar only displays autotexts in the
paragraph style used in the header. The usual reasons that these go missing
are users changing the paragraph style of the header and even more common,
saving a document as normal.dot. Rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot and the
default functionality will return.
