Word default settings

My word starts withs some page I typed months ago and I can't get rid of it
I tried to find that page on the disk but it's not there
how do I reset word to default settings so It starts with blank page or no
page

also when I open any other word document that page still opens as document1
so If I open any other document I end up having 2 documents open

can someone help with this
