open a document where I left off

Can anyone tell me how to get word to open a document at the place I was
when I closed it?  Can word do this?

Open the document, and press Shift+F5 to go to the location of the last
edit in the document.

Can you set Word to do this automatically when you load the file?

Put the following line in an AutoOpen macro:

Application.GoBack

But note that if you put this macro in a document (rather than a template)
you will get a macro prompt on opening the document, which will require a
lot more time/clicks than just pressing Shift+F5.
