Hi all.

Iam trying to add a new Toolbar. So far so good :-) Next i want to add
a button (which can call a Macro) to that Toolbar. I do right click on
that tool bar, choose customize and switch to the command tab. Right
there i choose "Macro" and put my macro via drag&drop to my new
toolbar. That works so far. The Problem is, that the name of the
Button is like "Normal.NewMacros.MyMacroname". --> Is it possible to
change this name?? Maybe to get an image to the button? (I tried the
selection change button, but it is greyed out.) If not possible, is
there any other way to call my Macro from Toolbar??

Thank you,
Cheers!
Daniel.

Right-click on the button (with Tools | Customize open), and you'll get a
menu of options, including those to display an icon instead of text, to
choose another button image, to edit the button image, etc. You can also
edit the Name of the button.

Suzanne,

Thanks for posting your answer. Is there away to grab a custom image for a
Macro like a the Visio Image instead of the predetermined images that you get
by right clicking on the macro button in edit mode?

You can paste a button image onto the button. One source of these is
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/CustomButtonFaces.htm. Or you can create
your own using the Edit Button Image command.
