Anyone know how I can get a button for "strikeout" on the formatting tool
bar?  There is a "doulbe strikeout" on the extended formatting tool bar, but
I can't find any regular strikeout.

Thanks for any help.

In the Tools > Customize > Commands dialog, click Format in the
left-hand list. Find Strikethrough in the right-hand list and drag it
to a toolbar.
