Get rid of File Menu Icon from Kinko's ??

I am trying to uninstall the Kinko's Print Software but after unintalling I
still have an icon in Microsoft Word 2003 on the File Menu titled "File,
Print Fedex Kinko's". How do you get rid of this? It does not appear in the
Toolbar Customization list???

Presumably it has added an add-in that the uninstall routine has left behind
(maybe because you had Word running at the time). See

While pressing Alt, drag the entry off the menu. If you are prompted to save
Normal.dot when you quit Word, say yes. If the entry reappears when you
restart Word, then it is being placed by an add-in, so go with Graham's
suggestion.
