Whenever I download a Word document from the Web, I always get the company's
internal customised toolbars floating about the page. I then have to close
each toolbar so as to read the document. Why does this happen? Any ideas how
to stop it happening? We use Word 97

Sure it isn't the Web toolbar? If so, see
