One method that has been successfully used in the past to access printer
driver controls is to create separate printer drivers for the same printer
and change the preferences in those drivers to default to the settings you
want. Then, within Word, write/record your macro to select the driver that
already has your preferences.

Hi Charles,
That method had occured to me (at least in principle). Unfortunately, I
don't know how to reference the specific printer/driver within the macro.
Do you know how this can be done or can you point me towards some
instruction/reference?
Thanks again.
