I don't know of any way to access more than one sheet at a time, but you can
access a *different* sheet just by moving it to the front in Excel.

Dear Suzan,
In the mean time I found the solution to both :
- to access more than one sheet at the time, see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=180599,
- to use Excell as a data base, with more than one sheet, see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/MaiMerge/CreateADataSourceContent.htm
Anyway thanks,
Gilbert
