If you use View | Full Screen, you will have no Menu Bar or other toolbars.
If I have misunderstood your question and you're trying to get the Menu Bar
back, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm

Hi Suzanne,

thx for your answer. This Full Screen looks good, but the users musn't have
the abillity to
close this Full Screen. So it has to be some sort of stripped word 2000 with
only the ability
to see the text that is imported from a program. No functions to do anything
with this text.
