I cannot access my Tools, Option menu. I receive the error: macro cannot be
found or is disabled. My macro security setting is at low. I've tried
re-installing MS Office but still can't access the Tools, Option menu.

Please help anyone

Try this:

Tools - Customize - Toolbars tab. Under Toolbars, locate the Menu Bar item,
select it, and click on Reset.
