MS Office Forum / Word / Menus and Toolbars / May 2005Opening more than one document
Can someone tell me what to do? I try to open 5 documents or 25 it is the same Each one opens separately asking where do I want to move the item when all I wanted was to view it. I open one document it opens perfect. Then click the move button. It lists all folders in my computer if I select a spot to move it it still opens the document but it also moves it, if I press cancel it just opens the document. It does that for all the documents I want to open. Or from something else? When I select files and right click, I don't have an Open Automatically option. And if I try this from within Word's Open dialog box, it says it can't because the dialog box is open. I have a feeling that there's some key detail or step you're omitting.
