How can I make the toolbar on my laptop look exactly like the one on my desktop without manually customizing it? Is there a file I can copy (like normal.dot)? By default, both custom toolbars and toolbar customizations are stored in Normal.dot. Are you trying to do this with Word open? You must close Word (and possibly reboot Windows) in order to access Normal.dot. SignatureSuzanne S. Word is my editor in Outlook, so I had it open without realizing it. Thanks. > Are you trying to do this with Word open?
