When you set your Tab at .5 and the sentence goes to another line how do I
set the Tab for that I have to Tab the next line which is still part of the
original sentence but it isn't the same the style is called left 0.5" & the
other line is called Normal EG:

A] Remove the top of the drive housing from the drive unit.

B] Push a paper clip into the hole near the activity light.

C] Use a small knife to pry the drawer open just enough to get the
disc out.

D] Apply 110-volt AC directly to the power-supply connections on the back of
the  drive to eject the disc.

When I push Tab it looks like this:

A] Remove the top of the drive housing from the drive unit.

B] Push a paper clip into the hole near the activity light.

C] Use a small knife to pry the drawer open just enough to get the
disc out.

D] Apply 110-volt AC directly to the power-supply connections on the
back of

the drive to eject the disc.

Thanks for any help if you can understand

This is called a hanging indent. It is set up in paragraph formatting,
preferably in the style.

Create a hanging indent.  Instructions are in your Word Help
file, or see
