Word is missing all items in the autotext sub-menus.   Stuff like the
Attention line is missing entries.  When i go to autotext settings, they are
all on the list and the right template is selected.  I reinstalled office
entirely and they still haven't come back... What's the issue here?

You probably overwrote your normal.dot with a different document -- not a
good thing to do! See

I too have exactly the same problem, have used help, detect & repair,
Add/remove repair option and re-installed from DVD, then un-install, and re-
install, all to no avail.
Manufacturers say only option to restore to factory settings, but I don't
want to be so destructive.

have you managed to solve this prob.

by the way, whrer the sub menus should be do you also get a small greyed out
square box instead of the menu??
