How to get rid of mail stuff?

When going to print a document I accidentally selected the "Send To..."
menu entry (off by one...). Since then - when I open that document - the
top half of my screen is covered by misc. mails fields
(To/Cc/Bcc/Subject/Introduction) and additional toolbars . How to I get
rid of that garbage??? I do NOT intend to send this document - at least
no now!

Click the e-mail icon on the toolbar or file > send to > mail recipient to
toggle off the display.
