I want to add Sound to emails.  MS Office Word is my email editor.  Format is
HTML.  I go to View>Toolbars>Web Tools and I have the “pane” okay.  I click
on the Sound icon and window pops up saying “The object was created in HTML
Inline Sound Ctl.  This application is not available to open this object.
Make sure application is properly installed and has not been deleted, moved
or renamed.”     How can I check on this application to enable the Sound to
open?

Thank you,

See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299 "'Application is
not available' error messages when you try to insert some Web
Tools in Word 2002 and Word 2003".
