customizing right-click menu

Hi all,

i have just one simple question.

can i add, edit or delete any item from right-click menu win i using MS
word?

Yes.

In Tools > Customize > Toolbars tab, check "Shortcut Menus"
This gives you a toolbar from where you can access all the right click
menus - and customize them like any other.
