Tools | Customize. On the Commands tab, select the Macros category. Good
luck figuring out which of the listed macros is the one you want to add, but
if you do, you can drag it to a toolbar.

You know Suzanne ... I hadn't done this for a while as I don't do as much
work in Word these days and I just remembered how to do it before I opened
your email. I was then able to right click and edit it. Worked just fine.
No problem with choosing which macro ... there was only one ... and it was
the one I created ... although it doesn't work ... boooooo. I'm trying to
get my documents to remember which printer they printed to (last time), but
I'm not having much luck. There's gotta be a way to set that up. Maybe
it's a setting, but I can't find it.
Thanks for the response.

Not quite what you asked for, but see
http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm. There's no way to save the printer
selection with a document in Word (you can do this in Publisher).

Actually, it can be done, cuz I worked for a company for 5 years where they
had it setup to work that way, but it was custom built for them and they
aren't sharing. However, someone I know hunted down a macro and apparently
it does work. I'm going to give it a tray (need to change the printer name)
and it should work.
I'll have a peek at the link you sent. Diana

The linked web page shows how to address trays and individual printers with
the macro.
