How do I get rid of the personlized menu?

I REALLY dislike them but can't figure out how to get rid of them - can
someone please let me know how to set the drop down menu so ALL options are
listed?

Tools > Customize > Options tab

Check "Always show full menus"

Thank you - thank you - I kept skimming for personal menus as listed in
windows xp toolbar.
