Track Changes

I'm running Word 2003 and have had a document reviewed by someone who uses
the track changes option.  I am unable to PDF my file, and believe that it
may be due to the fact that I cannot turn track changes off.

I've followed the advice in the Word Help section, which simply says to
click on track changes again and it will turn off, but this isn't working.

Too create a PDF, I had to give a copy of the file to someone with an older
copy of Word. They were only able to create the PDF after turning off
tracking of changes.

Please advise.

Hi

"Turn track changes off" might mean one of three completely different
things:

1. It might mean "stop displaying the changes that have been tracked and
that are stored in this document".

2. Or it might mean "stop tracking any future changes I make to this
document".

3. Or it might mean "remove (ie accept) any tracked changes that are already
stored in the document".

Hope this helps.
