I added this last fall. It disappeared from my Word tool bar and it was not
listed on the "customize" tool bar selections. I've removed and re-loaded it
three times and it still isn't showing up.
I've searched the knowledge base but there doesn't seem to be anything about
this.
Any suggestions?

Can you tell us where you got the tool? Since this isn't something built-into
Word, and apparently no one here is familiar with it, it's difficult to
trouble-shoot without knowing exactly what we're dealing with...

Also, which version of Word and Windows do you have?

But I haven't got it to work properly either, and removed it pretty soon.
Looked plain broken to me, so I can't give any advice.

My apologies for being so busy that I didn't see the first reply to my
question. However, I did pick this up from the site that Klaus lists. When
it worked, it was great.

As for my versions of Word and Windows, it's Word 2003 SP2 and Windows XP
SP2.
