The wee grey toolbar/pane at the bottom of Word which gives spelling and
track changes options together with an indication of page number/total pages
has gone missing.

Any ideas as to how I can get this back?
I have played with Toolbar options but with no luck.

Cheers!

The reason you couldn't find it among the toolbar options is that it
isn't a toolbar. Its name is "status bar", and there's an option for
that in Tools > Options > View.
