I have two printers (HP Laserjet and Canon Bubblejet) attached to my
computer. I want to have two print buttons on the Standard Toolbar or new
toolbar so that one
button is for HP Laserjet and another button is for Canon.

I use the customise toobar option to add another print button onto the
Stardard Toolbar, but both buttons behave the same. How to set different
default printer to
separate print button?

Thanks

Thanks for the advice. It works perfectly.

Would the procedures be the same for Excel?
