Hi all,

I can't seem to figure out how to assign a keyboard command -- like Alt-A --
to an existing macro in Word 2007. I know it must be simple to do but I
can't figure it out. Thanks for the help!

Click the "Office" button. Word Options. Choose Customize. There's a button in
that dialog box to create keyboard shortcuts.
