I must have tinkered with something a while back, and forgot about it.

I'm trying to copy an article from a web site, but the text presents in
Word in my default text setting only. I used to be able to click on the
pop-up icon "Keep Source Formatting" and capture it as it appears on the
web site.

How do I retrieve this feature?

Note to self;

Go to:
Tools =>Options => Edit
"Cut and Paste Options" [Settings]
"Default Settings" => re-set to: "Custom"
[OK][OK]

Okay we are in the menubar: Tools => Options => Edit, then see if the box
next to 'Smart cut and paste' is checked. If not then checking the box
should solve this issue,  if instead the box was already checked then take a
look at the settings...
