Hi Everyone I need a macro that creates a drop down menu on word document and appear names inside it. Also this drop down menu must not be viewed when printing. Just names should appear when printing. Thank you See responses to your other posts. Please do not post the same question separately to multiple newsgroups. It just wastes peoples time.
